Call for Papers

The 10th International Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing Symposium (SNRECC 26) aims to bring together current theoretical and applied research in the fields of artificial intelligence and data processing on an international academic platform. Organized in collaboration with İnönü University, Marmara University, and Caraga State University, the symposium will be held in a hybrid format on 05–06 September 2026. The event is designed to enhance scientific interaction between academia and industry, provide a forum for discussing emerging trends in the field, and foster new interdisciplinary research collaborations.

SNRECC 26 welcomes original research contributions in a broad range of areas, including artificial intelligence, data processing, data science, data mining, big data, algorithms, cybersecurity, image and signal processing, the Internet of Things, robotics, cloud computing, and quantum computing. The scope of the symposium also encompasses interdisciplinary topics such as AI-based LLM applications, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), high-performance computing, human–machine interaction, social networks, and virtual and augmented reality, among others.

All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Each submission will be evaluated by two independent reviewers, and acceptance decisions will be made on the basis of reviewer evaluations and scores. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, provided that they satisfy IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The conference materials also indicate that the acceptance rate is planned to be maintained at approximately 70%.

The submission process will begin on 01 May 2026, and the deadline for paper submission is 30 June 2026. The notification of acceptance is scheduled for 01 August 2026, while the camera-ready submission deadline is 03 August 2026. Researchers are therefore invited to prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with this schedule.

Submitted papers must be at least four pages in length and may be prepared in English or Turkish. Papers written in Turkish must also include the title, abstract, and keywords in English. In addition, for a submission to be considered for publication, its similarity rate must not exceed 35% including references and 25% excluding references. The conference guidelines further state that submissions generated entirely or primarily by artificial intelligence will not be accepted, and that similarity and AI-content checks may be conducted at the paragraph or section level when necessary.

In addition to paper presentations, SNRECC 26 will feature contributions from distinguished invited speakers. According to the conference announcement, the invited speakers include Prof. Dr. Ender Özcan, Prof. Dr. YangQuan Chen, Prof. Dr. Eduard Petlenkov, and Assoc. Prof. Erkan Dursun. In this respect, the symposium offers a qualified academic environment that supports the exchange of knowledge and experience across diverse areas of expertise.

Researchers, academics, professionals, and graduate students who seek to contribute original work in the fields of artificial intelligence and data processing are cordially invited to submit their papers to SNRECC 26.
